Programme Highlights

Daily Stipend: Free Training & Paid Salary: earn while you learn!
Accommodation: Free Accommodation included near the academy for your convenience and safety.
UK-Experienced Trainers: Delivered by Training Managers with hands-on UK roofing experience.
Comprehensive Roofing Skills: Training in both Flat Roofing and Pitched Roofing systems.
English Language Development: Includes IELTS preparation with the goal of achieving IELTS 6.0 or higher.
Cultural Orientation: Guidance on UK work culture and lifestyle expectations.

Pitched Roofing
- including roof structures, installation techniques, detailing & weatherproofing, specialist skills, and more.
Flat Roofing
- including laying felt, insulation, timberworks, stripping & preparing existing roofs, and more.
Health & Safety
- Covering essential site safety practices, PPE usage, risk assessments, and compliance with roofing regulations.
Planning & Preparation
- Focusing on reading drawings, estimating materials, scheduling tasks, and preparing work areas efficiently.
English for the workplace
- Developing communication skills for site interactions, safety briefings, and professional documentation.

After completion of the 12 month programme, successful trainees will:

Be certified in both Flat & Pitched Roofing techniques.
Have an English Language Qualification (achieved a minimum of IELTS 6.0).
Be prepared for life and work in the UK, including cultural and professional expectations.
Have built strong teamwork skills through a year-long collaborative experience.
Receive a Job Offer from one of our industry partners
- qualifying for a UK Skilled Worker Visa and up to 5 years stay in the UK.
